1. Deputy Managing Director – Financial Control & Risk Management (DMD-FCRM)

• Number of Positions: 1
• Age Limit: 40-55 years
• Education:
  ACA, ACCA, ACMA, or MBA (Finance) / BBA (Hons) Finance from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience:
  At least 15 years of experience (7 years post-qualification) in financial management, corporate planning, fund management, and financial reporting. Strong leadership and communication skills are required.

2. Director (IT)

• Number of Positions: 1
• Age Limit: 35-50 years
• Education:
  Master’s degree or 4-year Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Engineering or related fields from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience:
  At least 12 years of experience (7 years in leadership roles) in IT project management, systems administration, and organizational capacity building.

3. Director (Planning & Administration)

• Number of Positions: 1
• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years
• Education:
  Master’s or 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Social Sciences from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience:
  At least 12 years of experience (7 years in leadership roles) in planning and administration. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the education sector or working with government agencies and NGOs.
